Spa Manager
Let’s Relax Spa is seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our team as Spa Receptionists in our Bangkok, Pattaya, and Phuket branches.
Let’s Relax Spa is a leading provider of authentic Thai spa experiences, with over 55 branches across Thailand and internationally. We are committed to providing our guests with the highest quality services and creating a relaxing and rejuvenating spa experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize branch workforce
• On the job training for new branch staff
• Manage staff work shift timetable for your branch
• Evaluate the performance of branch staffs
• Review staff daily work time including overtime
• Oversee day-to-day operation, cleanliness, and readiness of both location and equipment
• Oversee and maintain the level of products and materials within the branch
• Suggest improvements and report problems to the executive team to improve company as a whole
• Ready reports Monthly/Weekly according to the timetable
• Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
• Age 25 – 40 years
• Bachelor degree and above
• At least 3 years of experience in business managing (Spa related experience is a plus)
• Service-minded, good human-relation skill, and personality
• Have leadership and ability to manage and organize branch staffs
• Able to make reports through the use of computer program such as MS office
• High responsibility
• Good in English
