Let’s Relax has replaced plastic bags used for Thai massage with cloth straps to reduce plastic waste, while maintaining high health standards. This change helps reduce plastic usage by up to 2 tons per year. Moreover, Let’s Relax aims to decrease non-environmentally friendly materials used in customer service processes by 15% within one year. This includes switching from paper slippers to rubber slippers that are sanitized before each use.
